DEALERSHIP REDEMPTION PREPAID MASTERCARD (Dealership Virtual Card)

Using Mastercard® Points, you can now redeem for the Dealership Virtual Card online. This card can be used for in-dealer purchases at any participating FCA dealership for service, parts, sales or accessories. The best part is, the card is virtual so it will be emailed right to you for quick access. Follow these steps to redeem your points for a Dealership Virtual Card today.

  1. Log in to your FNBO online account and click to Redeem Rewards
  2. Select one of the in-dealership redemption options (Service/Parts, Accessories, etc).
  3. Select the amount of points you wish to redeem and add to cart.
  4. At Checkout, confirm order and email address for successful virtual card delivery.
  5. The Dealership Virtual Card should be emailed to you within 15 minutes of your redemption but could take up to 24 hours.
  6. Show the dealership employee the Dealership Virtual Card on your smartphone while paying or you can print out before coming into the dealership.
  7. Enjoy!
