The relationship between Ford® Motor Company and First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO®), the issuer of the FordPass® Rewards Visa® Card and Lincoln Access Rewards™ Visa® Card, is coming to an end. Beginning May 28, 2025, you will no longer earn FordPass® Rewards and Lincoln Access Rewards™ Points. Instead, beginning May 28, 2025, your card will automatically convert to earning points in the GearUp Rewards program. Points earned in the GearUp Rewards program cannot be redeemed in FordPass® Rewards or Lincoln Access Rewards™. Any FordPass® Rewards or Lincoln Access Rewards™ Points earned from the FordPass® Rewards Visa® Card or Lincoln Access Rewards™ Visa® Card by current cardholders through May 27, 2025, will remain in your FordPass® Rewards or Lincoln Access Rewards™ account, subject to its terms and conditions.

Yes. You should expect your new GearUp Visa® Card by mid-July if your account is open and in good standing. After you receive it, properly dispose of your old FordPass® Rewards Visa® Card or Lincoln Access Rewards™ Visa® Card so you can start using your new card immediately. Until then, you can continue using your current card as you normally would.

You will continue earning FordPass® Rewards or Lincoln Access Rewards™ Points on eligible transactions using your FordPass® Rewards Visa® Card or Lincoln Access Rewards™ Visa® Card through May 27, 2025. Any FordPass® Rewards Points or Lincoln Access Rewards™ Points earned by current cardholders through May 27, 2025, will remain in your FordPass® Rewards or Lincoln Access Rewards™ account, subject to its terms and conditions.

Starting May 28, 2025, your card will earn points with the GearUp Rewards program which cannot be redeemed in FordPass® Rewards or Lincoln Access Rewards™.

No. Your credit card account number, expiration date and CVV will remain the same for your convenience. You won’t need to update any saved or automatic payments associated with your FordPass® Rewards Visa® Card or Lincoln Access Rewards™ Visa® Card.  

Yes. Any points earned with the FordPass® Rewards Visa® Card or Lincoln Access Rewards™ Visa® Card through May 27, 2025, will continue to be available for you to use in the FordPass® Rewards Program (managed by Ford® ) or Lincoln Access Rewards™ Program (managed by Lincoln). Starting May 28, 2025, points earned with the GearUp Visa® Card will be part of the GearUp Rewards Program which cannot be redeemed in FordPass® Rewards or Lincoln Access Rewards™.

No, you will keep your current APR for purchases and there are no changes to fees. In addition, your credit limit will remain the same.

The 0% APR2 for 6 billing cycles on Ford and Lincoln dealership purchases over $499 will be going away and will not be available after May 31, 2025. Any eligible purchases over $499 made prior to this date will still qualify for 0% financing.

No. If you currently have autopay setup, this will automatically transfer to your GearUp Visa® Card.

No, the address to where you send your current payment and your payment due date will remain the same. 

No. Please continue to make payments to FNBO on any outstanding balances according to the Terms of your Account Agreement. Your monthly account statements will reflect the GearUp by FNBO branding after May 28, 2025.

The mobile app you use to manage your FordPass® Rewards Visa® Card or Lincoln Access RewardsTM Visa® Card account from FNBO will be going away on May 27, 2025. You will need to download the Card by FNBO mobile app from your app store to manage your GearUp Visa® Card account starting May 28, 2025. Search for "Card by FNBO" in your app store. When logging into your new FNBO mobile app, you may use your same username and password as that has not changed.

The FordPass® app used for accessing vehicle Remote Features, Roadside Assistance and other features will still be available for your use.

No, this will not impact your credit score. On your credit report you will see that FNBO will remain the same. 

With your new GearUp Visa® Card, you will earn:

You will be able to view and redeem points online anytime by visiting card.fnbo.com or by downloading the Card by FNBO mobile app. This is the same site you will manage your GearUp Visa® Card on. When logging into your online account or new FNBO mobile app, you may use your same username and password as that has not changed.

Your first account statement after May 28, 2025, will provide point earnings for the GearUp Rewards program. Any GearUp Rewards points earned and added to your point balance will be reflected in the "Current point balance" line of your Rewards Summary.

Points can be redeemed online 24/7 by accessing your account at card.fnbo.com from the Account Details page, your point total will be available under the “Redeem Rewards” button. You can also call the number stated in your Rewards Terms and Conditions during the hours of operation as indicated. When logging into your online account or new FNBO mobile app, you may use your same username and password as that has not changed.

The $200 statement credit for $6,000 spend in 12 consecutive billing cycles from account opening benefit will be available until December 31, 2025. After that, the anniversary bonus will not be available.
