You can access your current account information through September 19, 2024 in the Greenlight app. After 12:00 pm CT September 22, 2024, you can obtain account information by calling FNBO at 888-200-7966. In October 2024, FNBO will begin mailing paper statements to your account mailing address.

• Through September 19, 2024 continue to make payments via Greenlight.
• There will be a brief account outage from September 20 - September 22 12:00 pm CT. No phone payments or account information will be available during this time.
• After 12:00 pm CT September 22, 2024, please make payments to FNBO by mail to PO Box 2557 Omaha, NE 68103-2557 or call 888-200-7966 for phone payments and auto pay details.
• Updated payment information will appear on your printed statements beginning October 2024.
• You will have a new account number printed at the bottom of your October 2024 statement. Your account number is the first 16 digits at the bottom of the payment coupon. You will need this number to make payments. Example:
  
  
• Set up Bill Pay for easy recurring payments. After you receive your October statement, you can use your account number to set up recurring payments through your financial institution by adding FNBO as the payee and your account number.

Any points earned on your October 2024 statement will be redeemed in the form of a statement credit on your October 2024 statement.

Yes, verify that the mailing address in your current account profile is correct and download statements for your records by September 19, 2024. Please keep making payments as you normally do through September 19, 2024.
