Enrolling your account in paperless statements will avoid the monthly paper statement fee. If you are already enrolled in paperless statements, there is nothing further you need to do. If you select to receive paper statements in the future, you may be charged the fee.
You’ll need to have an online account. Either enroll online or log into your online account and click on Paperless Statements under the “More” menu button. Follow the prompts to select the agreement and then go paperless.
Yes, you can select to have paper statements mailed by logging into your online account, clicking on the View Documents and Statements link and deselecting paperless for your statements. You may be charged a $1.99 per month fee when your paper statement is mailed for your account.

About Paperless Statements
- Paperless Statements are readily available online when your account cycles, they are safe and secure, and there are up to 7 years of statements available for you to view, download, or print.
- Email notifications are sent automatically each month to notify you that your paperless statement is available.
- View your paperless statement by logging into your online account, select View Statements and Documents from the main page dashboard.
- Automated email alerts are sent out each month before your payment is due. You can set up additional customized payment due alerts in your online account.
- Enroll your account in AutoPay to have your monthly payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account.
- It can take up to 1 billing cycle for paperless to take effect. In the meantime, you may still receive a paper statement if you have a balance.
- Update your email address used for notifications by logging into your online account and updating your Profile.
- Not mailing a paper statement supports FNBO’s efforts toward environmental sustainability.
