Melaleuca has selected First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO®) to provide a new credit card program and service existing cardholders. We will be working closely together to provide a smooth transition to FNBO. This web page will provide a resource for frequently asked questions and updated information as we complete this change.

Your new card was mailed in late June. If you didn't receive your card, please call 1-866-488-8902. IMPORTANT UPDATE (7/16/23): The card mailed in June may have a chip error. You will be receiving a replacement card soon to ensure that your card works as expected in the future.

Yes, your account number, expiration date and CVV 3-digit security code will change. Please note that any authorized users will have the same account number as the primary cardholder. IMPORTANT UPDATE (7/16/23): The replacement card will have the same account number and expiration date as the card mailed in June, but with a new CVV 3-digit security code. 

When you receive your new card, activate it right away by logging onto card.fnbo.com or by calling 1-800-348-0195.

You will not be automatically enrolled in automatic payments (AutoPay) for your new Melaleuca Rewards Visa account. Please update your new account information with your financial institution, or log into your new online account at card.fnbo.com after July 16, 2023 and set up AutoPay. Please be advised that it will take one full billing cycle for AutoPay to begin. Be sure to pay your bill as a one-time payment until your AutoPay is active.

Please be sure to update your new Melaleuca Rewards Visa account number, expiration date and 3-digit security code on any recurring payments such as utilities, streaming services, online shopping, etc. that you have billed to your current Melaleuca Rewards credit card for payments made after July 16, 2023.

Yes, your payment information will change. Payments as of 7/16/23 should be made to FNBO. Updated payment information will be included with your new card in late June. Your payment date may change depending on your statement date. Statements will be mailed from FNBO after 7/16/23.

No, Melaleuca will automatically update your account with your new Melaleuca Rewards Visa information. There is nothing you need to do for this process.

As of July 16, 2023 you can access your new Melaleuca Rewards Visa account information and future statements by enrolling in our online credit card account management at card.fnbo.com.

No, there is no annual fee.

Your credit limit will remain the same.The cash limit is a percentage of your total credit limit and will be listed on your billing statement. Please update your income information when you activate your card to help us evaluate your account for future credit needs, including potential credit line increases.

No changes will be made to any Loyalty Shopping Dollars already earned. These will continue to be awarded to your Melaleuca Account.

Yes! Your new card provides the same exceptional loyalty rewards that you have come to enjoy as a Melaleuca Rewards Visa cardmember. Earn 6% back in Loyalty Shopping Dollars on Melaleuca purchases1; 4% back in Loyalty Shopping Dollars on Gas, Electric Fueling Stations, Grocery & Dining purchases1 and 2% back in Loyalty Shopping Dollars on all other purchases1. You will continue to redeem your Loyalty Shopping Dollars at Melaleuca.com1

As of Noon (CT) 12 p.m. CT on July 16, 2023, FNBO will begin managing all accounts for Melaleuca Rewards credit card customers. Although your account is closed, your payments will be made to FNBO after this date.

You will begin receiving statements from FNBO after July 16, 2023.

Yes, the payment address will change and your payment date will change depending upon your statement date. After July 16, please mail payments to: FNBO PO Box 2557 Omaha, NE 68103-2557 or call 1-866-488-8902 to make payments via the automated system or with an agent. Updated payment information will also be included with your statement after July 16, 2023. 

Please reach out to your financial institution and change your account number and payee information once you receive your first statement.

You will have access to your current credit card statements online through your current account until July 12, 2023. Please download and save any statements needed before this date. After July 16, 2023 you will receive paper statements from FNBO.

No, you will begin to receive statements from FNBO after July 16, 2023. Please keep making payments to your current account issuer through July 15, 2023.
