Universal Rewards Plus Visa Signature^® cardmembers have the opportunity to earn an Annual Bonus. Cardmembers who spend $6,000 or more within their annual Qualification Period² using the Universal Rewards Plus Visa Signature^® Card can earn one (1) single day theme park general admission ticket. Cardmembers may choose either one (1) Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure single day, park-to-park ticket, or one (1) Universal Studios Hollywood ticket.

Universal Rewards Plus Visa Signature cardmembers have access to the Visa^® Everywhere Lounge in Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Florida. Open from Noon - 5:00 pm daily. ³

Both Universal Rewards Plus and Universal Rewards Visa Signature cardmembers will receive 10% off⁴ select merchandise, food and beverage purchases at select locations throughout Universal Theme Parks and Universal CityWalk in both Orlando and Hollywood.

To receive the discount, you must mention the 10% discount⁴ and use your Universal Rewards Plus or Universal Rewards Visa Signature Card for the purchase. Get a low APR¹* for 6 months anytime you spend at least $1,000 in one qualifying Universal Purchase and your credit limit exceeds $1,000. Minimum monthly payments required.

To redeem your rewards login to your Universal Rewards Visa account or call the number on the back of your Universal Rewards Plus or Universal Rewards Visa Signature Card. You will load your rewards on to a Universal FUNds Visa^® Prepaid Card (Universal FUNds) which can be used for on-site purchases at Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Volcano Bay and Universal Studios Hollywood, including theme park tickets, Universal Express passes, select merchandise, select food and beverages, at select locations within Universal CityWalks and on vacation packages purchased online from Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations (accessed via vacations.UniversalStudiosHollywood.com and UniversalOrlando.com).

You can also use your Universal FUNds for flights and hotel stays booked directly with airlines and hotels.

Your unredeemed rewards will expire on or after the third-anniversary from the date in which they were awarded to your Universal Rewards account (Unless applicable law provides otherwise). Rewards redeemed and loaded on your Universal FUNds Visa Prepaid Card, will not expire.

It will take around 10 business days to receive your Universal FUNds Visa Prepaid Card in the mail. 

You will get a new Universal FUNds Visa Prepaid Card every time you select to redeem rewards with the redemption amount loaded onto the card. When the Universal FUNds balance has been spent in full, you can discard that card.

You must load a minimum of $25 on to the Universal FUNds Visa Prepaid Card and you can put a maximum of $1,000 (in $25 increments). You can order multiple Universal FUNds Visa Prepaid Cards at once. 

To use your Universal FUNds Visa Prepaid Card on an in-store purchase where you don’t have the full purchase amount available on the card, you will need to do a split transaction. Ensure that the merchant knows you need to split your payment across multiple payment types. 

You can do split payments on vacation packages purchased online from Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations (accessed via Vacations.UniversalStudiosHollywood.com and UniversalOrlando.com). As well as on in-park purchases for tickets, merchandise, food and beverages, Universal Express passes and more at more at Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventures, Universal Epic Universe, Universal Volcano Bay and Universal Studios Hollywood; and at select locations in Universal CityWalk in Orlando and Hollywood.

To use your Universal FUNds online with Universal you will need the full amount on your Universal FUNds Visa Prepaid Card. The exception is Universal Parks and Resorts Vacation packages, those can utilize a partial payment online. 

Yes, if you have the full amount needed to purchase your ticket(s) or Universal Express pass(es) you can use your Universal FUNds to purchase them online. If you are using your Universal FUNds to fund a portion of the ticket or Universal Express pass(es) purchase, you’ll need to purchase the ticket(s) or Universal Express pass(es) at the park. Please remember that ticket prices and availability vary by day.

Universal Rewards Plus Visa Signature cardmembers who have earned one (1) complimentary Universal Orlando 2-Park 1-Day Park-to-Park ticket valid at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure OR one (1) complimentary Universal Studios Hollywood 1-Day General Admission ticket will receive a series of emails from UniversalRewardsVisa.com to notify them of their award and to allow them to indicate the destination of their choice. Universal Epic Universe is not included in the Universal Orlando 2-Park 1-Day Park-to-Park ticket. Upon making a destination selection, a corresponding redemption code will be sent via email along with a link to Universal Destination and Experiences’ External Ticket Distribution System (ETDS). Redemption Codes are not Theme Park Tickets and will not grant access to the parks. Cardmembers will need to set up an ETDS account, add their redemption code to their account and then redeem that code for their actual ticket. Cardmember must place a ticket order on ETDS no later than 3 business days prior to their park visit. Ticket orders may be made up to 90 days in advance less any blockout dates (please check ETDS for the most up-to-date list of blockout dates). If you would like to select a future date, please check back on the ETDS system. Unused tickets will be voided the following day if not used. 

Universal Rewards Plus Visa Signature cardmembers will be provided a link to the ETDS to create an account. This is required since ticket inventory is held via this system and tickets are date- and person-specific. You may use this ticket for yourself or gift it to another individual. You will need to have the ticket recipient’s information – name, phone number and email address – when you place your order. Cardmembers will need to create an account: username will be their email address and they will need to create a permanent password (after their initial log-in with a temporary password). If the password is forgotten, there is a link to reset it. If too many attempts are made, you will need to reach out to Credit Card Customer Service at 866-329-6001 who will work with our partners to resolve this (please allow 3 business days). 

The unused ticket will be voided the following day and placed back into your ETDS account to use before your redemption window expires.

Universal Rewards Plus Visa Signature cardmembers who have earned one (1) complimentary Universal Orlando 2-Park 1-Day Park-to-Park ticket valid at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure OR one (1) complimentary Universal Studios Hollywood 1-Day General Admission ticket will receive a series of emails from UniversalRewardsVisa.com to notify them of their award. If you believe you have not received an Annual Bonus that you may be entitled to, please reach out to Credit Card Customer Service at 866-329-6001 who will work with our partners to resolve this (please allow 3 business days).

If you have already made your destination selection and wish to make a change, you will also need to phone Credit Card Customer Care at 866-329-6001. Universal Epic Universe is not included in the Universal Orlando 2-Park 1-Day Park-to-Park ticket.
