If your card is lost or stolen, or you see any unauthorized charges on your account please contact us immediately by calling 800-444-6938. For your protection we will close your account, issue you a new account number and send you new card(s) at no cost.
Providing higher level of security
All of our cards are chip-enhanced cards that contain encrypted cardmember information within the chip. This provides for better security and protection against fraud than magnetic strip cards.
How does a chip card work? When your chip card is inserted into a chip card reader, the chip produces a single-use code to validate the transaction so your credit card number is never exposed. This process keeps your credit card information even more secure from fraud.
