Airport Option 1: John Wayne Airport (SNA) - RECOMMENDED
Plan for a 20-minute transfer to/from the resort
Arrival Time – Tuesday, March 24 – flight arrival before 3:00 PM
Departure Time – Thursday, March 26 – early afternoon flight departure.
Departure transportation will be available (2 hours prior to flight departure time). For example, if your flight is at 1:00 PM out of SNA your departure transfer will be at the Lobby at 11:00 AM. Please report to the lobby 15 mins prior to your scheduled departure time as you may be sharing transportation with other guests.
Airport Option 2: Long Beach Airport (LGB)
Plan for a 35-minute transfer to/from the resort
Arrival Time – Tuesday, March 24 – flight arrival before 3:00 PM
Departure Time – Thursday, March 26 – early afternoon flight departure.
Departure transportation will be available (2 hours prior to flight departure time). For example, if your flight is at 1:00 PM out of LGB your departure transfer will be at the Lobby at 11:00 AM. Please report to the lobby 15 mins prior to your scheduled departure time as you may be sharing transportation with other guests.
Airport Option 3: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Plan for a minimum of a 70-minute transfer to/from the resort. There is ongoing construction at and around LAX that could impact transfer times, specific transfer schedules will be assigned accordingly closer to the event date.

Airport Transfers – coordinated by FNBO through Eventis Destination Services
Arrival:
FNBO has planned for your ground transportation from the airport to The Resort at Pelican Hill. Upon arrival, please make your way to the baggage claim area assigned to your flight even if you have not checked luggage. There will be an Eventis representative dressed in a teal shirt or a driver in a black suit holding a FNBO The Experience sign waiting to greet you. Eventis staff or the driver will assist you with your luggage and will call your vehicle for pick up curbside outside of the terminal.
In the unlikely event you are unable to locate the representative, please contact the Eventis Transportation Hotline at 949-452-0880. Eventis will be tracking your flight in case of delays.
A note about LAX: Due to the ongoing construction at LAX, Eventis may need to coordinate a curb side driver meet due to unforeseen circumstances upon your arrival. If this is the case, the Eventis team will contact you via cell phone when your plane has landed to coordinate a curb side meet. For guests arriving into LAX please note we will be required to provide a cell phone number to Eventis to help coordinate with the guest(s) in case of any changes to the gate or car location.
Departure:
FNBO has planned for your ground transportation for your departure from The Resort at Pelican Hill to the airport. We will communicate your expected departure time based on your flight itinerary. The meeting location for all ground transportation to the airport will be the main lobby.
Check-In – The Resort at Pelican Hill
Upon arrival at The Resort at Pelican Hill, you can check in at the Front Desk in the main lobby. Check-in time is 4:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate earlier arrivals. As your accommodation becomes available, Pelican Hill staff will assist in transporting you and your luggage to your room.
In the event that you are unable to check-in prior to the start of our program, luggage storage will be available and there will be time to access your accommodations prior to our evening festivities.
Weather:
Expect comfortable daytime highs in the high 60s to low 70s°F, with evenings cooling down into the 50s°F. In Newport Beach in late March the sunrise is around 6:45 AM and sunset around 7:05 PM.
