Jerry O'Flannagan

Jerry O’Flanagan | Executive Vice President – Partner Customer Segment | FNBO

Jerry serves as Executive Vice President, Partner Customer Segment.  Jerry has been with FNBO since 2006, first serving in marketing, credit risk, decision sciences and collections roles within FNBO’s credit card division, then leading FNBO’s Credit Risk function from 2010 to 2016 as its Chief Credit Officer.  He most recently served as Executive Vice President, Consumer Banking Group, managing the bank’s full range of consumer products and services.   

Jerry’s background includes three decades of credit, partnership, marketing, and consumer banking experience.  He has also held senior management positions with Citibank and JP Morgan in New York.  He received his B.A. in Economics from Drew University and M.B.A. from Baruch College.  Jerry serves on the boards of Catholic Charities and Opera Omaha.

Scott Smith | Senior Vice President – Partnership Management | FNBO

Scott Smith joined FNBO in December 2006 and, now with over 30 years of partnership credit card and payments experience, he currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Partnership Management.

Scott came to FNBO from Barclays PLC.  During his tenure at Barclays he held several executive roles such as Managing Director for the company’s UK-based unsecured lending business and Open Market credit card business.  He also has held senior positions as Citibank and NationsBank.  He holds a B.S. degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Jill Schmitz | Vice President – Integrated Marketing & Communications | FNBO

As VP, Integrated Marketing & Communications, Jill creates Marketing Strategies and Marketing Plans that drive new accounts and increase engagement across all partners. She and her team focus on complete understanding of the customer to ensure relevant and timely delivery of all marketing materials.

Prior to joining FNBO’s Partnership Division, Jill held various roles in Advertising, Marketing, Communications and Sales. She served as the Marketing Director and Brand Manager for FNBO’s overall brand for nearly 15 years, where she managed the brand, media spend, and all creative assets developed for the Bank.

Jill is a steward to each brand she works with and is committed to evolving all marketing efforts for one-to-one customer communications.

Mark Spotanski | Vice President - Project Management, Partner Technology & Marketing Execution | FNBO

Mark serves as Vice President, Partnerships for FNBO, focusing on Project Management, Partner Technology, and Marketing Execution. His direct responsibilities include oversight of all partner integrations; technology roadmaps; marketing execution of all print, digital, and on property campaigns; and conversion activities. He is a member of the Partnership Marketing management team.

Mark has over 20 years of experience in the financial and credit card industries, serving in a number of roles spanning marketing and client management to technology and project management. He received his BS in Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Mark is committed to the Omaha community, having served on, and led the Board of Directors for multiple not-for-profits. He has received local and national recognitions to include being named a Ten Outstanding Young Omahan, U.S. Junior Chamber's 100 Leaders to Watch and International Chapter Advisor of the Year for Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

Marti Beller joined Kobie as its President in January of 2019. For 16 years prior to PlanG, she served as president of Connexions Loyalty where she worked closely with large credit card issuers, leading travel companies and retail co-brand partners to help design and execute their customer engagement and loyalty agendas.   

Marti has over 20 years of experience in working with major global brands serving the Payments, Retail, Financial Services, Travel, Hospitality and Automotive industries. She has helped run many of the top 10 credit card issuer programs including Capital One, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. In 2013, Marti was awarded one of the Top 20 People on the Move in Virginia by the Virginia Business Magazine.

Wendy Culpepper | Chief Customer Officer | Kobie

As Chief Customer Officer at Kobie, Wendy leads the company’s Client Services and Business Development teams. She is a specialist in Solutions Architecture, Corporate Strategy, and Business Development that allows our clients to receive the best services and support.
